Today, I wanted to share my refrigerator and pantry organization. I wanted to start 2020 with more productivity which generally starts with getting organized. My refrigerator and pantry were an awful mess. I kept putting it off because of how daunting the task would be but after Christmas, I went to work.I started with the pantry. I ordered some airtight containers that I could store my dry goods in. I like being able to see what I have. I removed all food that had expired or was opened and the remaining were placed in containers. Can goods were placed in fridge bins to keep things tidy. For the fridge, I removed all expired dressings, spreads, and condiments. I stored all my fresh veggies in glass containers. In the freezer, I removed all frozen food that had been there for longer than three months or had an expired expiration date.
Now I know what I have and I feel much better about my kitchen. I want to be more healthy this year and this will definitely help with that.
